FIXED TOWERS AND TILT-OVER TOWERS

The ST fixed CCTV tower is a cost-effective modular tower designed to give excellent stability and wind resistance characteristics. Predominantly installed within secure compound environments, the ST tower displays a business-like appearance that many clients prefer.

The ST fixed tower comes in heights of up to 10m and includes a rigid triangular lattice structure that ensures excellent stability. Modular construction allows for ease of transportation and erection, and a hot-dipped galvanised finish provides maximum prevention against adverse weather conditions.

This original fixed tower naturally evolved into the WD tilt-over tower range. This family of camera mounting towers offers all the benefits of the ST range, with the added bonus of tiltability for safe ground-level maintenance. Both the ST fixed tower and the WD tilt-over tower can be tailored to customers’ specific requirements.

FIXED AND TILT-OVER TUBULAR CCTV COLUMNS

The highly popular FMT range of fixed CCTV columns offers an extremely cost-effective, unobtrusive and practical solution to many camera mounting scenarios. This versatile tubular CCTV column is supplied with lockable access door, backboard for terminations and, in the cases of columns up to 6m, a standard ladder support bracket. This camera mounting column provides excellent stability for minimum camera movement and is suitable for public access areas, boasting a totally concealed cable management facility.

The TOP range of tilt-over CCTV columns offers the same cost-effective, low-maintenance properties as the FMT columns along with the benefit of safe ground-level servicng. The TOP range is a robust version of a tilting column featuring a square section lower post, with a tubular upper section. Suitable for mounting in low risk public areas, the TOP range offers many practical engineering benefits, along with being unobtrusive and aesthetically pleasing.

CABINET-BASED CCTV COLUMNS

The TC and CB ranges of CCTV columns remain the specifier’s number one choice for cabinet-based columns, for use within city centre and urban schemes. The 400 square cabinet remains the mainstay of this range of columns, with cabinet options of 325, 500 and 550 square being readily available for terminating all communications and electrical needs. The proven design, along with many versatile features of this range, keeps it at the forefront of CCTV street furniture.

The TCTO and CBTO ranges of tilt-over cabinet-based columns are ideal for use within city centre and urban schemes. The added bonus of maintenance at ground level makes this a popular first choice where access for maintenance is of concern.

VANDAL-RESISTANT CCTV COLUMNS

The AV and AD ranges of CCTV columns are high security and vandal deterrent. These vandal-resistant columns are being used with success in areas that demand a tamper-proof product. The 400 square cabinet-based column remains the mainstay of this range of columns but the anti-vandal range has a double-skinned cabinet fitted with an outer hidden lock door as well as an inner vault door. The column shaft features a loose cover sleeve that will turn if the shaft is attacked with mechanical cutting equipment.

If needs be, both the AV and AD ranges can be supplied with the anti-ram raid base structure or anti-ram bollards for added protection and security. When using these types of camera mounting columns, it is also advisable to protect the exposed camera from vandalism with the addition of camera protection cages and anti-ladder brackets.
