The number of Idris Technology Partners (ITP) increases once more as Diamond Consulting Services (DCS) welcome Transtoll to the Idris partnership. Transtoll has taken the status of Idris Certified License Company and will be implementing Idris technology into a variety of vehicle detection and classification areas with their main focus on tolling operations.

Transtoll is a leading toll system solution provider and has delivered in excess of 1,500 lanes of tolling projects across five continents over the past 20 years. Transtoll has extensive ETC experience and was the first tolling company to achieve technical ETC interoperability in Australia. With offices in Australia, North America and Europe, Transtoll's vision is recognized as an integral part of their customers operations and capability.

Bob Lees, co-developer of Idris technology, recently returned from Australia where training of the Transtoll team took place. He stated: "Idris is now rapidly growing throughout the international traffic market thanks to our ITP network. Transtoll will add to this global strength bringing with them their own unique industry knowledge. They've already set to work on several interesting opportunities and we're looking forward to the results."

By incorporating Idris into their business model, Transtoll is strengthening their toll system range and opening doors into new classification and detection markets. In addition, Transtoll's new ITP status will enhance the market availability of Idris opening both new directions for the technology, and choice of provider for road operators.

Idris offers a multitude of benefits to any vehicle detection operation. The complete automatic vehicle detection and classification solution Idris delivers is accurate, efficient and adaptable.
