LiDAR technologies for light detection measurements on roads

LeddarTech's unique LiDAR technology performs time-of-flight measurements using light pulses such as light-emitting diodes (LEDs), vertical-cavity surface-emitting lasers (VCSELs), or laser diodes processed through innovative algorithms. This can accurately detect, locate and measure multiple objects in a given field of view in a wide range of environmental conditions.

A Leddar-based sensor encodes multiple light pulses per second, captures and digitises the received echo, reconstructs the signal into a high-resolution digital waveform, and processes the data through proprietary algorithms and advanced signal processing to provide a reliable and accurate measurement of objects in the field of view.
