Wheel-load weight pads for trucks

These wheel-load weight pads provide a convenient, portable and versatile method of determining truck weight. Weigh pads are frequently used in pairs to weigh one truck axle at a time but can also be used as multiple pads for multi-axle weighing.

The platform allows for dual tires easily and safely: the second tire will not be completely on the pad but will be off the ground to ensure axle weight accuracy. Non-skid patters ensure maximum grip in wet or snowy conditions. These truck scales are often used to check weight and avoid overweight fines.

Ultra-slim weight pads for trucks

Our ultra-slim weight pads for trucks have a large weighing surface and low profile, making them a very easy-to-use axle weighing system. Weight pads are typically sold in pairs to obtain axle weight, but can also be used in multiples to weigh many truck axles at a time.

Each weight pad comes with two attachable ramps for static weighing. Should dynamic weighing be required, we recommend extra-long weight pads (1m) and leveling track.

Axle-pad truck scales

Axle-pad truck scales from Massload have a very large weighing surface and low profile, making them our easiest method for dual-axle and tri-axle weighing. They are ideal check weighers in portable or permanent installations. Axle pads are typically sold in pairs but can also be sold in multiples to get complete trailer or truck weight in one weighment.

Truck axle scales can be used with ramps for above-ground installations or flush with concrete for a pit-installed permanent application. Above-ground installations are forklift portable and should be used with a quick-disconnect cable.

Permanent weigh-in-motion systems

Our permanent weigh-in-motion systems for trucks are ideal for high-traffic locations such as toll booths, border crossings or shipping gates, where speed is reduced to under 20km/hr. Many options are available including vehicle-detection loops, traffic lights and RFID tag readers.

Portable weigh-in-motion systems

Portable weigh-in-motion systems are useful when the location for weighing is constantly changing. The system can be set up in a very short period of time and stores vehicle classification and weight data through our weigh-in-motion software.

Using our highly successful ultra-slim weight pads for trucks, Massload is able to offer a reliable and portable method to acquire and store vehicle weight. Operation of the system is simple and a single person can set up and operate the scale system with ease. Simply lay the weight pads down, lay down the leveling track and connect the weight pads to the computer, and you're up and running.
