HIGH SPEED WEIGH-IN-MOTION AND AUTOMATIC VEHICLE COUNTERS / CLASSIFIERS

The HI-TRAC series of equipment is specifically designed to fulfil the most demanding of traffic monitoring and data collection applications using piezo electric and induction loop sensor technology.

The HI-TRAC 100 system has recently been upgraded to the HI-TRAC 100+ incorporating environment monitoring along with its field-proven high speed WIM and counter / classifying technology. In addition, the integration of new technologies including Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) systems has already proved sucessful.

The HI-TRAC 110 system provides multi-lane automatic vehicle counting and classifying. Both the HI-TRAC 100 and the HI-TRAC 110 are capable of monitoring up to eight lanes of busy traffic.

For smaller applications the HI-TRAC 90, HI-TRAC 90T (Temporary) and the newly introduced HI-TRAC EMU will suit most applications. The HI-TRAC 90 / 90T has been designed for low cost applications providing high accuracy WIM data. The new low-powered HI-TRAC EMU can be factory configured as a loop volumetric counter; a loop-loop counter / classifier, a loop-piezo-loop counter classifier or a piezo-loop-piezo WIM system. Existing installed systems can be upgraded to a higher configuration.

The HI-COMM 100 Windows software provides data download, analysis, report generation and diagnostics for the HI-TRAC series of equipment. The data may be downloaded to a laptop on-site or remotely using modem, GSM or GPRS communications. The data provides the end user with vehicle-by-vehicle records as well as statistical and binned data reports.

HAND-HELD TRAFFIC DATA MONITORING

Many local authorities require specific data on a short-term monitoring basis and, for this reason the HI-TRAC MC series was introduced in 2004. The HI-TRAC MC10 / MC11 / MC12 / MC36 offers bespoke solutions to turning counts and link counts, as well as parking and registration counts. With user programmable membranes, a user configurable keypad and HI-COMM MC Windows software, the equipment provides all the answers for traffic conscious authorities.

LOW SPEED WEIGH-IN-MOTION (LSWIM)

The LO-TRAC series of equipment is designed to fulfil traffic police and government authorities’ requirements for vehicle weight enforcement.

The LO-TRAC 100 electronic system with the WB30L axle weighbridge and PC installed LO-WEIGH 100 Windows software provides a comprehensive vehicle weight enforcement system with interfaces to high speed WIM pre-selection systems and traffic control systems along with enforcement management. Accurate vehicle classification with direct comparison to pre-set axle and gross weight limits quickly identifies infringing vehicles.

The LO-TRAC 200 electronic system with the WB30L axle weighbridge provides a low cost means for authorities and commercial customers alike to check and enforce vehicle weight.
