ND Brown is a specialist vehicle hire company which was established over 25 years ago. Supplying the municipal and civil engineering industries nationwide, we provide quality specialist commercial vehicles for both long and short-term hire. Having embarked on a heavy investment program in recent years, we are now firmly established as the leading force in the UK for the hire of mobile and static hot boxes, tippers and grabs, 4x4s, and the provision of sales and parts.

HOT BOX HIRE

ND Brown offers the largest rental fleet of hot boxes in the UK. Our comprehensive range includes mobile hot box capacities from 2t to 15t, with single and twin chamber options. Dedicated and demountable units are available, as are trailer-mounted units with 2t and 3t capacity, and static boxes with up to 32t capacity.

Hot boxes for sale, both new and used, are available from stock. Our fully trained technicians can be made available to repair / service customers' own machines.

The following hot boxes are available, with listed features:

• 7.5t GVW hot box - fully insulated containers, gas system thermostatically controlled, dedicated chassis for maximum payload (3t), twin chambers split 60 / 40, dual passenger seat, amber beacon bar, universal adjustable towing equipment, delivery / collection service available
• 18t GVW hot box - capacity 5m³, dedicated chassis for maximum payload (9t), gas system thermostatically controlled, twin chambers split 60 / 40, dual passenger seat, available for short / long term hire, delivery / collection service available, towing equipment, full refurbishment facility available for customers' own vehicles
• 26t GVW hot box - fully insulated containers, capacity 7.5m³, payload approximately 15t, gas system thermostatically controlled, twin chambers split 60/40, available short / long term hire, towing equipment, full refurbishment facility available for customers' own vehicles, delivery / collection service available

TIPPERS HIRE

Tippers both new and used are available for sale from stock. The following tippers are available, with listed features:

• 7.5t tipper - tipping facility to tip to rear or either side, twin amber rotating beacon, dual passenger seat, payload approximately 3.5t, universal adjustable towing equipment, insulated body, tailboard with tarmac chutes, UK-wide delivery / collection
• 18t tipper - tipping facility to tip to rear or either side, twin amber rotating beacon, dual passenger seat, payload approximately universal adjustable towing equipment, insulated body, tailboard with tarmac chutes, UK-wide delivery / collection
• 18t tipper with cover - rear tipper with easy sheets cover, full high-resolution reflective chevrons, vertical exhaust, payload approximately 10t, amber beacon bar to cab roof, towing equipment, UK-wide delivery / collection

All the above tippers feature a double dropside body.

TIPPER / GRABS HIRE

We also offer two tipper / grabs, with the below features:

• 26t tipper / grab - fixed-sided heavy-duty tipping body, atlas 3008 crane (or equivalent), Kinshoffer 500L heavy-duty clamshell bucket, continuous rotator, stand up and ground level controls, vertical exhaust, amber rotating beacon, payload approximately 12t
• 32t tipper / grab - fixed-sided heavy-duty tipping body, Atlas, Epsilon or HMF cranes, full high-resolution reflective chevrons, twin stand-up controls, towing equipment, amber beacon bar to cab roof, UK-wide delivery / collection, vertical exhaust, payload approximately 16t

LAND ROVER 4X4 AND PICKUP HIRE

ND Brown offers a range of 4x4 and Land Rover pickup vehicles for hire, including our 4x4 pickup with towing equipment and 'double cab' option. Our self-drive 4x4 Land Rover, meanwhile, comes in Defender and County versions, both available with long (110mm) or short (90mm) wheelbase. This pick-up is available in standard or double-cab versions, has a universal height-adjustable tow bar, and possesses a towing capacity up to 3½t.

The Land Rover cab pickup we offer for hire has seating capacity for up to five persons, universal height-adjustable tow bar, a towing capacity up to 3½ tonnes, and a detachable rear canopy. We also offer a Land Rover double-cab pickup.

ND Brown also hire out high-capacity Land Rover pickups with a universal height-adjustable tow bar, a towing capacity up to 3½ tonnes, and an aluminium rear canopy.

All hire vehicles possess an amber rotating beacon and are covered by our UK-wide delivery / collection service.
