Process Heating Company provides a range of hot asphalt patching machines including the trailer-mounted Patch King and the rotary auger Patch King, as well as pothole repair equipment and tack oil emulsion tanks.

The Patch King line of hot asphalt patching machines has an impressive record of almost 30 years of street and road maintenance service. Reducing crew size, saving on wasted materials and providing better road repair all equate to a prudent use of resources.

ASPHALT PATCHING UNITS WITH "LO-DENSITY" HEATING SYSTEMS

All units use our exclusive "Lo-Density" patented heating system for smooth, even heat that will not damage the asphalt. We also insulate our asphalt patch boxes in a most efficient manner thereby assuring the mix will be hot at the end of a workday without the need for daytime heat or burners, so public streets are not exposed to propane or open flames.

With all PHCo asphalt patchers, you simply plug the all-electric machine into power at the end of the day, set the thermostat to the mix temperature and your patching material will be ready to go the next morning. An optional time clock for early morning preheating is available. Heat cold mix to a more workable temperature using safe, clean, reliable electric heat. Just plug it in and rely on the UL-listed controls, the brains of the Patch King.

PATCH KING - ASPHALT PATCHING MACHINE

The Patch King can slip into a dump truck or mount onto a flat bed. Use the truck's hoist to raise the Patch King and feed the asphalt out through hydraulically operated rear gates. Load the hopper through hydraulically operated full-length top doors.

Patch King provides trouble-free asphalt patching capable of heating the patch mix effortlessly without hot or cold spots. Very little maintenance is required as there are almost no moving parts.

ROTARY AUGER PATCH KING - ASPHALT PATCH POTHOLE REPAIR MACHINE

This reversible rotary conveyor is driven by a hydraulic motor and supported by heady-duty ball bearings. A mix / anti-bridging device features separate hydraulic drive and controls. The wear parts, including auger and trough, are easily replaceable. Load the hopper through hydraulically operated full-length top doors. Reversible auger feeds the patch mix to the work area via an optional directing chute.

TRAILER PATCH KING FOR ROAD REPAIR

Process Heating Company introduces the all-new trailer-mounted Patch King that can go anywhere, anytime. This is our first trailer-mounted version using electric heat. The PK30T model has most of the benefits of the standard model including automatic control, meaning it can hold unused mix overnight for use the next day. It can also be hitched to your truck and is ready to go in minutes. The thermostat control will hold cold or hot mix from 50°F to 350°F.

TACK KING - TACK OIL EMULSION TANKS

Also available is the Tack King companion for emulsion application. These tanks hold 120 gallons and have two compartments (100 gallons emulsion and 20 gallons release agent). Heating is done with "Lo-Density" immersion elements that won't coke up or damage the temperature sensitive emulsion products. Also included is a pumping system and discharge hose with a spray wand.
