Millerbernd Manufacturing Company is a technically advanced, high-quality steel lighting pole and high mast manufacturer who has been in business since 1933 in Winsted, Minnesota. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility allows us to produce a wide variety of both standard and custom high mast lighting pole products for almost any application.

HIGH MAST LIGHTING SYSTEMS

Millerbernd is an industry leader in providing high mast lighting systems and is the only manufacturer to build both the lowering system and pole.

Our specialized lowering system is third-party certified by ETL. It eliminates all the problems associated with top latching or adjustable luminaire centering mechanisms and is simply the most reliable lowering system currently in production anywhere. Broken winch cables or broken latch cables are a thing of the past with our unique design.

STREET LIGHTING POLES

We offer tapered, round, octagonal, 16 sided, steel or stainless-steel street lighting poles made from high strength steel. We can provide eleven standard luminare configurations and a large variety of custom configurations that are designed to customer specifications. Any of these poles can be galvanized or painted and are available in custom colors without setup charges.

DECORATIVE LIGHTING POLES AND TRAFFIC SIGNAL POLES

Millerbernd's unique manufacturing process makes it possible for us to offer tapered round, octagonal or fluted decorative poles, which are stronger and more cost-effective than cast pole products. We offer many different decorative bases and luminaire arm options to complement our poles.

Millerbernd can also provide a full line of standard and decorative traffic signal poles as well as individual Department of Transportation traffic signal poles. These poles are designed and built to AASHTO 2001 requirements or customer specifications. We also manufacture monopole sign structures.

SPORTS AND AREA LIGHTING POLES

From large service-platform sports-lighting poles, to simple bullhorn or crossarm luminaire mounting configurations, Millerbernd area lighting poles can be used to light a large sports stadium, a simple tennis court, a spacious parking lot or a large container port.
