CreditCall is a specialist credit and debit card payment services provider with global recognition for pioneering solutions for credit and debit cards acceptance in the unattended or card-activated device market.
Through the use of CreditCall's freely available protocol, CardEaseXML, almost any comms-equipped payment terminal or website can accept credit and debit card payment. Parking and ticketing machines, self-service kiosks, call centres, vending machines and even handheld terminals are examples of terminal types serviced by CreditCall.
Parking payment terminals are connected either wired or wirelessly to the CreditCall processing network. This is a highly secure worldwide network comprising four independent data centres interconnected by diversely routed links. Continuous global synchronisation assures maximum service availability.
The card schemes have recently mandated an international standard - payment card industry data security standard (PCI DSS). CreditCall was the first company to gain cross-region certification to the highest category (Level 1). Furthermore, significant investment in distributed denial of service (DDoS) attack mitigation affords the CreditCall network unprecedented levels of resilience and protection.
CreditCall is currently processing over a million transactions every month, for clients as diverse as the Corporation of London, the cities of Seattle, Chicago and New Orleans, Transport for London Congestion Charging, Whitbread, Burger King and NEC Electronics.
CreditCall was the first company to provide secure credit card payment on pay-and-display parking meters. With every transaction authorised on-line, using GSM, GPRS or Mobitex radio data as the communications method, virtually any standalone pay-and-display meter can be equipped for secure card payment, quickly and cost-effectively.
In the US, all mag-stripe credit cards can be accepted with the transactions being routed by CreditCall through the operator's or municipality's merchant account. In the UK and Europe, EMV (chip and PIN) transactions can be processed from machines equipped with the Thales PIN Pad device.
CreditCall's CardEase® system is available on P&D meters by Parkeon, Metric, Zeag/Hectronic, Cale and Vault.
Using its CardEaseXML innovative card payment protocol, CreditCall can equip virtually any standalone or networked pay station with secure credit and debit card payment that is fully PCI DSS compliant. Both mag-stripe and chip and PIN (EMV) transactions are supported on machines by WPS, Scanton, Amano, Parkeon and Zeag, and CreditCall welcomes enquiries for card acceptance from new manufacturers.
Many pay-on-foot and pay-at-exit systems rely on storing credit card numbers for identifying patrons as they enter, pay and exit the garage. CreditCall's CardEaseXML system works with the local server to store card numbers in a securely encrypted form, satisfying the requirements of PCI DSS and reducing the PCI DSS burden on the operator.
eKashu is the web payment gateway from CreditCall, based on CardEaseXML technology. With more parking operators now offering pre-booked parking or season tickets, a means for accepting payment from websites is essential.
eKashu provides a range of secure card payment gateways and e-commerce solutions that are easy to integrate with existing websites and of world-class reliability and availability. Whether a simple credit card payment page or a full e-commerce solution is needed, eKashu provides the link between the website and the client's credit card merchant account at highly competitive rates.
CreditCall's WebMIS is a powerful web-based application that allows clients to view, sort and manage transactions, refunds and settlements from their parking machines, terminals or website. With the ability to identify transactions down to individual machines, it makes managing a large fleet of parking meters or terminals very straightforward allowing administrators to instantly identify faulty or out of service meters.
The Apollo is a compact hardware module incorporating CreditCall's EMV Level 2 certified transaction processing Kernel. In conjunction with an approved PIN pad and wired or wireless modem, it allows parking or ticketing terminals to accept chip and PIN credit and debit card payment with little or no development. It is the easiest way to add full EMV card payment to an unattended paystation.
