WIRELESS PARKING METER TECHNOLOGY

MeterLink is Integrated Parking Solutions' meter-based telemetry hardware designed to wirelessly transmit audit and maintenance activity. MeterLink can communicate with leading industry parking meters to set and/or retrieve the amount of paid time remaining and also retrieve meter diagnostics (low battery, coin jam, etc).

When paired with a GroundLink or BumperLink Vehicle detection device, enforcement agents can be routed directly to vehicles that are parked illegally.

The unit can use 2.4GHz/915MHz/868MHz RF transceivers and the lithium batteries are rated for 6,000 hours of operation at full temperature range based on typical use. Additional batteries are available to extend the system life to 26,000 hours (or three years) of life.

VEHICLE DETECTION TECHNOLOGY

GroundLink and BumperLink are Integrated Parking Solutions' vehicle detection hardware designed to wirelessly transmit audit and maintenance activity. The GroundLink is installed below grade in parking lots and streets while the BumperLink is installed in a rubber parking curb.

Both are tailored to monitor timed and zoned parking spaces and eliminate the need for conventional chalking of tires. Due to the discrete nature of the GroundLink, it is particularly well suited for detection of vehicles in 'No Parking' areas where there is no demarcation on the surface.

In demarked space applications the transmission timing of each space can be changed real-time with a resolution of one second. The unit uses 915MHz RF transceivers. The lithium batteries used in the system are rated for up to 12,000 hours (or two years) of operation at full temperature range based on typical usage.

SKYLINK - WIRELESS HUB FOR PARKING DETECTION UNITS

SkyLink is Integrated Parking Solutions' wireless hub that connects the vehicle detection units to the IntegratorPro platform.

This router can use 2.4GHz / 915MHz / 868MHz RF transceivers for LAN side connections and GPRS/GSM, 802.11b/g, Mobitext, Edge and 802.3 wired Ethernet for WAN side connections.

Powered by a 120VAC / 1A or solar panel version, SkyLink provides information routing capability between the street-side devices and the backend server via a backhaul connection.

The system will even allow the parker to pay for parking without being present or returning to the parking spot.

ParkPal is designed to work with existing parking technologies and enforcement officers can then validate the paid status of parked vehicles by using wireless handheld communicators.
