When the customer parks their car, they make one quick call to our automated system which typically lasts about 15 seconds. The ParkMagic system checks their account and if credit is available it simply deducts the parking amount and sends the parking permit to the display over the air.

When they run low on credit they will receive a text message warning. They can then top up in store just like with buying mobile phone credit, or, if they prefer, online at our store using a credit or debit card
