SECONDARY IMAGE SPEED VERIFICATION SYSTEM (SISV)

The world-leading Secondary Image Speed Verification System (SISV) was developed by Tenix Solutions to provide a higher level of integrity to speed enforcement programs. SISV uses a second image to determine the distance that a vehicle has travelled over time to calculate a secondary speed - providing an additional quality check prior to an infringement being issued and thereby minimising the possibility of incorrect infringements.

This unique software solution provides a second level of quality assurance without any additional investments in infrastructure at the speed site. Verified by an international measurement expert, the solution ensures that primary detection devices remain accurate for their entire life.

ROAD SAFETY ENFORCEMENT PROGRAM

Tenix Solutions helped the Victorian State Government and Victoria Police improve the efficiency of their road safety enforcement program. This comprehensive program involved the integration of five disparate enforcement systems to a centralised end-to-end infringement processing system, an increase in mobile camera enforcement from 4,000 to 6,000 hours per month, as well as a marked increase in the quality of photos produced for enforcement with a 30% increase in prosecutability.

STREAMLINING PARKING INFRINGEMENT ADMINISTRATION SERVICES

In 2002 Tenix Solutions started to work with Wellington City Council to streamline its parking infringement administration services. The result was a streamlined service for the administration of parking infringement notices resulting in improved levels of service to customers and an increase in fine clearance – maximising the council’s revenue from the parking enforcement program.
