CONCESSION DEVELOPMENTOver the past twenty years the management team of Intertoll Europe has accumulated a wealth of international experience in BoT and PPP concession projects including leading projects from conception through to financial close as unsolicited bid scheme developers and structuring project specific documentation. Our teams have also worked on the selection, appointment and management of specialist advisers using Intertoll’s network of international contacts. We can provide advice on risk identification, allocation and mitigation, as well as specialist advice on traffic management, toll and road pricing systems, and infrastructure. CONCESSION MOTORWAY INFRASTRUCTUREThe efficient operation and maintenance of concession motorway infrastructure remains the core business of Intertoll Europe. The professional standards and experience Intertoll has gained in processing 2.5 million vehicles per week and managing over 1,000km of motorway worldwide enables both clients and users to benefit from our accumulation of knowledge and skills. This experience has enabled Intertoll to develop toll operation policies and procedures with a maximum of transparency and auditability. TOLL INFRASTRUCTURE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENTAs an independent company not tied to any equipment suppliers, our expertise is focused on providing the most suitable project-specific equipment to satisfy the requirements of the client. An important additional benefit to project companies and clients is that the selection of Intertoll Europe as both equipment supplier and operator eliminates unnecessary problems. For example, we will always provide the project company or client with an indemnity against claims from the operator in respect of equipment performance. DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT OF TOLL FACILITIESA relatively recent addition to the portfolio of services offered by Intertoll Europe is the design and construction management of toll facilities. As was the case with specialised equipment supply, Intertoll saw the need for a greater input into the design of these facilities by the end user to enable the toll facilities constructed to be more in line with operational requirements and changes in technology.
