The ASE swivel wheel means no more pain and strain from lifting or sliding handliner during application of arrows or legends. New lighter weight and more manoeuvrability leads to increased productivity and lessens fatigue and down time.

ASE SWIVEL WHEEL EXCLUSIVE FEATURES

Amongst the ASE rear swivel wheel's exclusive features are adjustable dual front brakes, 1in mineral wool insulation, bolt-together assembly, one-lever bead wide adjustment with 'off' position, and precision wheel bearings and axle bearings.

New 'Safety First' features of the ASE rear swivel wheel include visual awareness of oncoming traffic while striping centreline, allows striping with flow of traffic, and the ability for the operator to stay in a protected work zone.

OTHER ASE SWIVEL WHEEL FEATURES

Precision side-mounted thermostat with dual indicator (no toggle switch or battery needed); stainless steel, brass and copper LPG; supply lines and valves (no black pipe); conveniently located operator controls; and an internal divider screen are amongst other features of the ASE rear swivel wheel.

The rear swivel wheel also provides noise-free operation, low capital investment, no exposed wiring, precision wheel bearings with grease zerts (no stamped bearings), and the ability for the beader box door to be left open during application for quick access.
