Cleanosol - Road Marking Paint and Thermoplastics

Cleanosol is one of Europe's largest operators in road marking. We are entirely dedicated to the improvement of fully functional road marking products such as our thermoplastic and waterborne paints.

Thermoplastic products are delivered in large and small bags and in block packaging and are sold under the trademark Cleanosol.

Waterborne paints are available for both low-pressure and high-pressure applications and are sold under the trademark Mercalin.

THERMOPLASTICS AND WATERBORNE ROAD MARKING PAINT

Cleanosol develops, manufactures and sells fully functional thermoplastic and waterborne paint for horizontal road marking within the following areas:

• Thermoplastics for hand-application, curtain extrusion and screed
• Spray-plastics for normal application and STS (Super Thin Spray)
• Waterborne paints

Fully functional and flexible products are delivered as sprays, extruding and screed materials and manually applicable materials

Extruding, screed and profiled materials, as well as manually applicable materials, are generally applied in thicknesses between 2.5mm to 4.0mm. Spray material is also available as a normal spray between 1.0mm to 2.0mm and some super-thin between 0.3mm to 1.5mm are available both as Type-I and Type-II road markings.

DROPONLINE ROAD MARKER FOR IMPROVED ROAD VISIBILITY

DropOnLine – a patented new system from Cleanosol that improves markings visibility at night and during wet weather. Lines contain a pattern of thermoplastic dots that also allow application at great speed.

Applied together with STS (Super Thin Spray) these two materials and their application systems provide a unique road marking, securing durable, high quality and cost effective wet night visibility performance.

DROP-ON GLASS BEADS

The glass beads we sell and use in our products are manufactured from recycled bottles and cullets. Cleanosol sells standard Drop-On glass beads and Class A Drop-On glass beads.
