ONE-GUN ROAD MARKING

The LineLazer 3400 is all new from the ground up. It is sure to be a hit with parking lot and seal-coating contractors who are looking for professional performance and features, in a one-gun road marking machine.

The LineLazer 3400 features new easy-reach controls. Commonly-used operator controls are located right at the handle bars, allowing the road marking operation to be fine-tuned without stopping production.

PARKING LOT LINE STRIPING

The new swivel front wheel provides easier up-to-the-curb parking lot striping. It also enables arcs and curves to be marked. The tapered locking pin is designed for years of dependable operation.

Electronic pressure control makes the LineLazer 3400 an accurate, tight tolerance system for improved line quality, while the tall, low-friction wheels push easier for reduced operator fatigue.

The long-life Chromex™ pump rod is four times harder than ordinary chrome and built for the most demanding applications, such as marking large parking lots.

BETTER GUN VISIBILITY ON GLASS BEAD APPLICATIONS

The LineLazer 3900 and 5900 models feature a new rear gun-mount that allows the operator to place the guns near the rear axle for applying straighter long lines and smoother curved lines. This also allows for better gun visibility, especially on glass bead applications. The lightweight gun holder minimizes gun movement caused by rough pavement, while a spring-assisted cable return enables positive gun shut-off.

The flow-through easy-out filter flushes faster for quicker colour changes. The filter element removes with the cap for convenient, mess-free access.

HIGH-CAPACITY COOLING SYSTEM

The new LineLazer IV 200HS includes an all new, high-capacity cooling system in addition to all of the industry-changing LineLazer IV features. This high-capacity cooling system incorporates a 20% larger hydraulic fluid reservoir to keep the system running cool. Innovative cooling fins wrap down and under the reservoir.

The cooling fan design delivers nearly 70% more air flow to keep the hydraulic pump running cool. A new motor-mounting system comprises improved belt alignment for longer belt life and an auto-tensioning spring that is center-mounted for consistent, smooth operation.
