MONITORING YOUR ROAD STRIPING OPERATIONS

Linetech's DataLine monitoring system goes well beyond data logging. It tracks output from any truck-mounted striping equipment and delivers that information live to the crew on the truck and, through a website, to management or customers. You get real time information on GPS location, MIL thickness, distance painted, bead usage and temperature – all on a minute-by-minute basis or summarized by job, hour or day. In addition, the system offers mapping software that shows the truck's exact location for any time co-ordinates entered.

DataLine's customized software helps you manage professionally. Know the correct amount of material is being applied, ensure quality road markings, and store all information on a central database server for retrieval at any time. Generate professional reports on up-to-date or past performance. This same information can be used to reduce liability claims. DataLine could mean the end of test plates and line quality disputes.

DataLine gives your crew the information they need to improve quality. Back at the office, that same performance data summarizes what the equipment is doing right now, or what was accomplished last night or last week. HIGH VISIBILITY ROAD MARKINGS

Linetech has built many specialized types of road marking equipment. We developed a unique technology to spray a PATHFINDER™ profiled marking, designed to provide maximum retro-reflectivity, especially at night and in the rain. Linetech's technology provides a profiled line with no overspray beyond the specified width. As an option, you can also spray a traditional flat line immediately beneath the raised profile – in the same or a contrasting color – for additional impact.

WALK BEHIND STRIPERS (PUSH-TYPE)

Linetech distributes Airlessco™, Graco™ and Titan™ airless stripers, and can also manufacture to your exact specifications. All small stripers feature extra heavy duty frames, are compatible with oil-based or water-borne paints, and include a hand gun with 25ft (8m) of hose. Glass bead dispensers, power drive units and skip systems are also available.

PLURAL COMPONENT MARKING EQUIPMENT

Linetech specializes in the custom manufacture of equipment designed for plural component field reactive materials. These include epoxy, polyester and methylmethacrylate (MMA) in ratios from 1:1 to 98:2.

MMA in a 21:1 mix (up to 25:1) is ideally suited for raised profile markings of the PATHFINDER™ type. This marking structure provides excellent wet line visibility and is extremely long lasting. MMA has been recognized for years as the most durable marking material available.
