PROMAX was founded in 2004 as a result of the integration of the industrial, HR, financial and administrative resources of several organizations. More than 30 years' experience of working in various areas of the road industry has been used for developing the PROMAX CF03 and CF02 thermoplastic production plants.

Thermoplastic production plant

Our production plants for manufacturing thermoplastic are designed to operate in an environmentally conscious manner and we are aware of the importance of energy efficiency in the production of thermoplastic.

PROMAX's CF03 thermoplastic plants are equipped with the latest production equipment to ensure a high production capacity (minimum 4t/hr). Our batch production control and registration systems are the most modern available, guaranteeing stable production of more than 500 various thermoplastic 'recipes'.

The plants are built in a module system that gives us the possibility of erecting and putting a plant into operation in only five working days. The plants can be installed in even the smallest manufacturing facilities due to their compact and efficient module design. Electric power is the only external facility that is needed for the plant to function at full production capacity. Our customers are thus offered a consistent and fast return on their investment, and full control of the quality and development of the thermoplastic.

As our main product, the CF03 thermoplastic production plant has received approval from customers all over the world. During the past few years PROMAX has supplied the CF03 thermoplastic production plant to customers in Belarus, Sweden, Iran, Portugal and Russia.

Thermoplastic production services

PROMAX has recently introduced a new generation of thermoplastic production plant to its existing range: the CF02 thermoplastic production plant. PROMAX CF02 enables our customers to remain competitive on the market, by ensuring thermoplastic quality and providing an exceptionally rapid return on investment.

The new PROMAX CF02 production plant is tailored towards clients with production requirements of up to 1.5t/hr. PROMAX CF02 is designed as a modular system so it can be installed and put into operation in just two working days. Its compact design means that it can be installed into even the smallest manufacturing facilities.

The computer-controlled batching system, with more than 100 recipe options, ensures the quality of each batch manufactured.

Chemicals and raw materials for road markings

Besides the thermoplastic production plant, PROMAX supplies customers with a wide range of chemicals and raw materials such as resin, rosin, glass beads, rubber and titanium dioxide.

Importing raw materials from leading manufacturing countries has numerous risks and hidden costs, and we are here to control your costs and reduce your risks.

PROMAX has many years of experience in supplying raw materials in Europe and the Middle East. In 2009 we supported our professional partners with around 10,000t of materials.

With warehouses in several countries, repacking facilities and just-in-time services, PROMAX is able to provide a full non-stop service for raw materials, from management of bulk cargo vessels and dry powder management, to liquids in ISO tanks from leading chemicals manufacturing countries. As an additional control, PROMAX experts conduct tests of all critical parameters from the approved factories to ensure consistent product quality.

PROTEC glass beads and PROTEX resin

Recent research and development has led to two new PROMAX products: PROTEC glass beads and PROTEX resin. Glass beads and resin are essential chemicals, setting standards for the quality of the final product in the thermoplastic production, which stresses the importance we place on continuing research, development and technical services for our customers.

In addition, we provide a wide range of raw materials, such as rubber, EVA plastificators, antioxidants, UV stabilizers, wax and amides, used in glue, paints, inks, coatings, lubricant production, and adhesives for industrial applications.

PROMAX can also offer an entire range of services for thermoplastic production, including project management, site management solutions, quality control and development.
