THERMOPLASTIC ROAD-MARKING PRODUCTS

PROMAX CF 03 manufacturing plants can produce a wide range of road marking products such as thermoplastic extrusion, screed and profiling materials, as well as manually applicable materials that can be applied in thicknesses between 2mm and 4mm. Thermoplastic spray materials are available for normal application in layer thicknesses between 0.5mm and 2.0mm.

Anti-skid materials for increasing the friction on roads and pedestrian walkways can also be produced in a wide range of specifications.

PROMAX´s thermoplastic products are environmentally-friendly and cost-effective. Our production plants are designed to operate in an environmentally conscious manner and we are aware of the importance of energy efficiency in the production of thermoplastic.

MODERN THERMOPLASTIC PRODUCTION FACILITIES

PROMAX’s thermoplastic plants are equipped with the latest production equipment to ensure a top-level production capacity. Our batch production control and registration system are the most modern available, guaranteeing a stable production of more than 500 various thermoplastic recipes.

The plants are built in a module system that gives us the possibility of erecting and putting a plant into operation in only five working days. The plants can be installed in even the smallest manufacturing facilities due their compact and efficient module design. Electric power is the only external facility that is needed for the plant to function at full production capacity. Our customers are thus offered the possibility of a consistent and fast return on their investment, and full control of the quality and development of the thermoplastic.
