Daresco - Traffic Mirrors and Vehicle Safety Mirrors

Established in 1987, Daresco A/S, based in Denmark, supplies a huge variety of mirrors for many applications, including mirrors for traffic and car parks and mirrors for safety and surveillance.

These acrylic or polycarbonate mirrors are sold under the brand name MIRAC®. MIRAC® mirrors include convex traffic and safety mirrors, forklift mirrors and mirrors for industry and surveillance.

MIRAC® CONVEX TRAFFIC MIRROR

The MIRAC® traffic mirrors are equipped with a convex mirror surface manufactured in shatterproof acrylic material of incomparable quality. All mirrors are also available with polycarbonate lenses.

The housings are manufactured in unbreakable ABS plastic, which are UV-treated on both sides. The red 3M reflection strips help to draw attention to the mirror, ensuring that the drivers can easily spot them. MIRAC® traffic mirrors are therefore ideal for public roads and other public areas.

MIRAC® traffic mirrors are also available in a heated version and come complete with a 24V transformer. MIRAC® convex traffic mirrors are available in both a rectangular and a circular shape.

MIRAC® CONVEX SAFETY MIRROR

MIRAC® safety mirrors are of the same high quality but without the red-white border. MIRAC® convex safety mirrors combat one of the major causes of accidents in industries, at hospital, at schools, etc. - poor visibility and blind corners at junctions, which lead to collisions involving both vehicles and pedestrians.

Areas worst affected include factory roadways and gangways, loading bays, car parks, dock areas and warehouses. The MIRAC® convex safety mirrors make it possible for the drivers and pedestrians to see round corners.

Both the MIRAC® traffic and safety mirrors are supplied with a hot galvanised pipe clip of 50mm to 76mm of diameter for infinite adjustment.

All MIRAC® mirrors are made to the highest standards in the industry and are warranted five years against defect.

MIRAC® FORKLIFT MIRROR

The newly designed forklift mirror provides a 180° wide-angle viewing and consequently the driver overlooks the whole area behind the truck by means of one mirror only.

MIRAC® forklift mirror is suitable for any make of forklift trucks thanks to its universal mounting bracket for infinite adjustment. The compact and durable construction makes the mirror virtually unbreakable.

MIRAC® INDUSTRY AND SURVEILLANCE MIRRORS

MIRAC industry and surveillance mirrors help to prevent both vehicular and foot traffic accidents. They also allow monitoring of assembly lines, conveyors, robotic production machinery and other industrial production operations.
