IRD to File Financial Statements and MD&A by 27 April 2009

Saskatoon, Saskatchewan – International Road Dynamics announced today that it is still unable to file its financial statements and management’s discussion and analysis (MD&A) of its operating results and financial position for the fiscal year ended 30 November 2008, but believes it will be in a position to file this information on or before 27 April 2009. As a result the filing of the financial statements and management’s discussion and analysis for the first quarter of 2009 will also be delayed. These are expected to be filed on or before 8 May 2009.
