Vision Light Tech was founded in 1998. We offer a wide range of illumination, lens and filter solutions. Our products are used in the industrial Machine Vision Systems (MVS) business and License Plate Recognition (LPR) market. Based in the Netherlands, we supply the European market from our head offices and the rest of the world through our website.

Vision Light Tech focuses on providing complete optical solutions for MVS and LPR applications. We take pride in the proactive and positive relationship we cultivate with our suppliers and clients in this field.

Our system suppliers are responsible for the hardware and software we use in our license plate recognition systems but Vision Tech Light takes pride in providing the complete optical solution. In the machine vision business, it is well known that these optical components are the most important components for the best solution.

LICENSE PLATE RECOGNITION

Vision Light Tech’s MVS 5770 features the high intensity, precisely focused beam angle and flexible modular design needed for numerous direct illumination applications including license plate illumination on moving vehicles, night-time surveillance and industrial machine vision applications.

The flashlamp system is conveniently housed in a rugged, weatherproof enclosure to provide protection against harsh environments while the modular design allows the customer greater flexibility in his specific system configuration.

The MVS-5770 provides up to 50 joules per flash in illumination and is available with a power supply option. The intensity can be controlled with an external reference signal, and a trigger input allows the user to synchronize the flash with a camera.

LIGHTING, LENSES AND FILTERS

We provide a wide range of optical solutions including lighting, lenses and filters. Our range includes:

• Lighting - LED, fluorescent, halogen, xenon strobes, fibre optics and lasers
• Lenses - machine vision lenses, telemetris lenses, marco lenses and miniature lenses
• Filters - band pass, short pass and block from UV until IR

OPTICAL SOLUTIONS FOR A VARIETY OF MARKETS

As well as complete optical solutions, we offer a testing service in our vision labs. When you send us samples, with a description of the application, we will send you a report, including an explanation of the components of your sample and an image, via email.

We also visit our customers together with the system suppliers in order to get a clearer idea of the customer’s optical requirements. This also means that the customer gets a clear view of how the integration of the complete vision system will be achieved.
