TRIACDRIVE - FOR OVERHEAD WELDING OF WATERPROOF SHEETING

The TriacDrive is suitable for overhead welding of waterproof sheeting up to 3mm in thickness and welding of various types of joining tape in tunnel construction. The welding of seams otherwise impossible with an automated welding machine, as well as the ability to join connecting seams on vaulted seals for sole sealing are further strengths of this semiautomatic machine. The main advantage of the TriacDrive for the user is that the temperature and speed can be continuously set and regulated, so the user only has to concentrate on the application pressure. The continuous advance mode results in improved welding seam quality and a significantly higher welding speed as compared with manual welding. The extensive range of jets available and additional accessories also allows extremely flexible deployment. Its simple handling, as well as its extremely low weight of just 2.3kg (including cable) makes the TriacDrive extremely attractive.

ASTRO HOT-WEDGE WELDING MACHINE WITH HIGH-SPEED GUARANTEE

Time is money - by no means a new discovery, especially in regard to welding geomembranes. That is why the factor of welding speed is the subject of such close scrutiny when it comes to procuring the right hot-wedge welding machine.
