Daeske intends to raise $96.8m through the issue of eight million shares in a public offering.

Each share is priced at $12.10 and the proceeds from the issue are intended to be used for supporting debt clearance, future acquisitions and capital expenses.

Based in the US, Daeske is a provider of specialised transportation services for customers in North America.

Asian Development Bank (ADB) has agreed with the Government of Nepal to fund the refurbishment of rural road network in the country.

ADB will provide a $100m loan for the Rural Connectivity Improvement Project, under the agreement. The loan will be used for the development of rural roads spanning 388km.

The Rural Connectivity Improvement Project is intended to enhance rural connectivity and boost commercial agriculture.

ADB will further offer $1m for the transformation of existing Department of Local Infrastructure Development and Agricultural Roads into a well-established road agency.

The road project is scheduled for completion by January 2023.

Galliford Try Partnerships plans to raise up to £150m ($208m) through an equity offering.

The proceeds from the issue are intended to be used to strengthen the financial status of the company and support its businesses growth.

UK-based Galliford Try specialises in construction services.

XinJiang BeiXin Road & Bridge Group intends to raise CNY800m ($126.61m) through the issue of medium-term notes.

Based in China, Xinjiang Beixin Road & Bridge Group is primarily involved in the construction of public transport infrastructure, including road, rail, bridge and tunnel projects.
