Indian construction firm Gayatri Projects intends to raise Rs10bn ($156.6m) through the issue of securities to qualified investors in the market.

The proceeds from the offering are intended to be used for general corporate purposes, and for funding acquisitions, capital expenses, and investment in subsidiaries and joint ventures.

Transportation Ministry of British Columbia has chosen Lindsay Corporation, a US-based infrastructure and water management services provider, for the installation of Road Zipper System on the Alex Fraser Bridge.

“The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has agreed to grant a loan of €70m ($84.3m) to Republika Srpska Motorways.”

The deal is expected to generate revenue of $14m for Lindsay Corporation.

The loan will be used for the expansion of the Corridor Vc motorway network, which is considered as the key international road network in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Republika is also expected to avail €15.3m ($18.43m) grant from the European Union (EU) through the Western Balkans Investment Framework.
