Societa Iniziative Autostradali e Servizi intends to raise €600m ($733.11m) through a private placement of bonds.

The non-convertible bonds, which are part of Euro Medium Term Notes (EMTN) programme, will be listed on the Irish Stock Exchange.

Based in Italy, Societa Iniziative Autostradali e Servizi constructs and operates licensed motorways and associated infrastructure, as well as railway infrastructure and building works.

PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk has secured Rp5.4t ($378m) through the offering of international bonds.

Due 2021, the bonds will yield 7.7% interest a year until they mature in 2021.

African Development Bank (AfDB) has agreed to provide $94.52m to the Government of Uganda for the development of an 18km-long road between Uganda and Kenya.

Scheduled for completion in 2021, the project is estimated to cost $105.76m, of which $11.24m will be funded by the Government of Uganda.

Belgium-based construction services provider Hamon & Cie (International) plans to raise up to €66.6m ($81.54m) through a private placement of approximately 136 million shares.

The proceeds from the placement are intended to be used by the company to reduce €28m ($34.28m) of debt. The shares will be priced at €0.5 ($0.6) each and will be issued at a rate of six new shares for each right of preference.
