US-based consumer electronics brand Naztech has introduced its new Safety Essentials Car Kit that features the MagBuddy Magnetic Air Vent Mount, a dual USB car charger and a Hybrid USB-C / Micro USB charging cable or MFi Lightning Cable.

The compact MagBuddy Air Vent Mount smartphone mounting solution firmly secures a smart device onto the car’s dashboard vent at eye level, enabling easy reach when driving.

"Our goal was to provide a fully intuitive solution that kept the driver connected while they kept their eyes on the road."

It is intended to allow the driver to use navigation, hands-free calling and music control systems, while maintaining a full-screen view of the device during transit.

The device is equipped with a quad core of neodymium magnets in the phone dock to hold the smartphone in place via the MagBuddy plate.

It is compatible with most cars and offers a two-way grip that easily fastens the dock to the air vent.

In addition, the kit comes with a 360° adjustable swivel unit to allow rotation of the mounted device.

Naztech CEO David Nazar said: “Our goal was to provide a fully intuitive solution that kept the driver connected while they kept their eyes on the road.

“A car mount that made a design statement and had optimal functionality in any vehicle; the MagBuddy does that.”

The user is able to select the charger according to the operating system of the smart device.

The Dual USB Car Charger for Apple devices delivers 4.8A maximum output, while the Android charger utilises Quick Charge 3.0 Technology and delivers a maximum output of 2.4A.

Both chargers are available with a durable 4ft cable to connect from the power port to the mounted device.
