NERVteh has introduced its advanced driving simulators and software capabilities in the North American market.

NERVteh’s simulator includes an adjustable driving platform with a greater than a 180° curved screen viewing.

The platform allows movement in three axes, which simulates real vehicle suspension under varying road surfaces.

The driving simulation can feature variety of driving environments, including customised terrain and weather conditions along with edge-case scenarios and driver distractions.

With these features, NERVteh’s advanced simulators allow to procure important data and insights on human responses under different situations and dangers while driving.

“With our technology, we can learn more about how people react in critical situations while offering drivers proven training before getting behind the wheel of a vehicle.”

NERVteh CEO Matej Vengust said: “With our technology, we can learn more about how people react in critical situations while offering drivers proven training before getting behind the wheel of a vehicle.

“Moreover, our data can be used to help endow autonomous vehicles with the best capabilities of human drivers.

“Artificial intelligence is robotic. Autonomous vehicles act differently from human drivers and we have already seen the negative consequences from collisions and other incidents.”

Headquartered in Trzin, Slovenia, NERVteh specialises in simulation technologies that test drivers in critical response situations. The data thus drawn is then used to inform the artificial intelligence (AI) used for autonomous cars.
