VaaaN Infra wins tolling system contract from ETA-KMC consortium

The consortium of Emirates Trading Agency (ETA) and KMC Construction has selected VaaaN Infra's tolling automation solution for the Pink City Expressway, a six lane highway project in India.

As part of $2.6m contract, VaaaN Infra will supply, install and commission toll management systems (TMS) and slow-speed weigh in motion systems (WIM) on the Gurgaon - Kotputli - Jaipur stretch of NH-8.

The project scope includes 78 Lanes of TMS along with WIM in each lane, according to VaaaN Infra.

VaaaN Infra managing director Aman Kishore said that the company is excited on being awarded the contract and it makes all efforts to deliver a showcase project.

"With VaaaN's accurate vehicle classification technology, strong revenue audit features and dedicated 24 x 7 toll-free customer support call centre, VaaaN's tollMax shall certainly maximise the toll revenues, hence protecting the concessionaire's investment and increasing the ROI," Kishore added.

VaaaN has recently won a contract from Sadbhav Engineering to provide 200 lanes of AVCC for its Maharashtra border check post project.
