As part of improvements to the Rio Blanco highway in Matiguas, Nicaragua, the Government of Nicaragua has announced work costing $58.7m, which will be funded by the Central American Bank for Economic Integration (CABEI).

Improvements to the 58.5-km highway, which will benefit the transit mobility of 98,000 people, are scheduled to commence in the first quarter of 2017 and conclude by the end of 2019.

Humber Bridge Board has appointed Spanish tolling systems integrator, SICE, for the replacement and maintenance of hybrid tolling system on the Humber Bridge, England.

SICE will implement works related to system hardware, software applications, networks and servers on the site during the first year of the contract.
