"These companies and organisations represent the very best in transportation innovation and ingenuity."

These companies are expected to help find solutions to some of the key challenges faced by the US transportation system.

Joining transportation and technology visionaries from the public, private and academic sectors, the Leadership Circle develops strategic approaches to improve transportation systems in the US through new solutions.

Key priorities of the ITS America Leadership Circle’s road map for this year include evolving opportunities in transportation through big data analytics and promoting the safe and smart movement of goods.

Other priorities include advance vehicle-to-Infrastructure (V2I) communication technology deployment and smart use of assets and capacity.

AAA is a travel and transportation safety advocate and General Motors is an automotive manufacturing company.

Michigan Mobility Transformation Center is a research and development institution developed by the University of Michigan.

New York City’s Department of Transportation is an urban transportation network. Parkmobile provides for on-demand and prepaid mobile payments for parking.
