TomTom, a Dutch provider of navigation and mapping products, will offer its traffic service to Czech automobile manufacturer ŠKODA for its new Kodiaq car model in Europe.

The company is currently offering the service to other car makers, such as Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche and Bentley.

The new service will be rolled out to all ŠKODA car models across Europe beginning from 2017.

TomTom's real-time map platform offers location-based services.

Its traffic service is currently available in 52 countries, and helps drivers to save hours of travel, reducing fuel consumption and their vehicle’s CO² emissions.

Established in 1991, the navigation and mapping products company is based in Amsterdam, and has nearly 4,600 employees.
