ADEC has announced that it has signed a three-year contract in Austria for more than 1,100 TDC3 traffic detectors.
ADEC Technologies AG, a Swiss manufacturer of non-intrusive traffic detectors and parking ground detectors, signed a three year contract to deliver more than 1,100 TDC3 traffic detectors into ASFINAG’s VDE 2017 project.
ADEC Technologies managing director Andreas Hartmann explains: "ASFINAG’s VDE 2017 project, among other things, encompasses the renewal and consolidation of all overhead traffic detectors to be TLS 2+0 and TLS 8+1 non-intrusive traffic detectors. AutomationX, based in Graz, won the project. We are proud that our products are the detectors of choice. We are looking forward to working together with the expert team at AutomationX."
AutomationX business unit manager Bernhard Jagersbacher said: "In our perspective, the traffic detectors from ADEC are the most suitable product for non-intrusive traffic detection on Austrian highways.
