German investment company Paragon Partners has reached an agreement to acquire Condecta from Arbonia, a supplier of windows, doors, and industrial services.

The target company, based in Switzerland, is a subsidiary of Looser Holding AG, a company that produces and supplies construction machinery and mobile room systems.

The acquisition will enable Arbonia to stabilise the future industrial services business.

Arbonia will be assisted by Credit Suisse as financial advisor for the transaction.

Rayfern has been acquired by Edwin James Holdings (EJH).

Based in the UK, the target company, trading as Peterborough Electrical & Mechanical Engineering (PEME), is an engineering services provider, while the acquirer company, also based in the UK, is a provider of technical services to public and private sector clients.

All 168 employees of Rayfern will continue to be part of EJH group as part of the transaction.

PEME, WT Parker Group, Ingen Technical Services, Korrie, and Musk will continue to be part of EJH group, upon completion of the acquisition.
