Parking payment services provider Parkmobile USA has introduced its new service in Kansas City, enabling customers to make parking payments through mobile phones.

With the help of new service, residents, businesses and visitors in the city can pay for parking with their iPhone, Android, Windows, and Blackberry smart phones using Parkmobile’s mobile applications.

Following an online registration process at the company’s official website, customers can set up an account and immediately start using the system with the registered cell phone.

"Mobile payment service is an example of another technology that can make our lives easier and more efficient."

Customers can also download the mobile app of the service.

Motorists will have an option to receive alerts and reminders through the app 15 minutes before the expiry of their parking sessions.
