Work on the AUS $36.8m Western Port Highway upgrade project in Victoria, Australia, has now been completed.

The upgrade work mainly included duplication of the 4.2km Western Port Highway and intersection improvements, construction of turning lanes and installation of wire rope safety barriers in the centre median and along road shoulders.

The lane duplication upgrade involved construction of two lanes that are now operating in each direction of the Cranbourne-Frankston Road and North Road.

The project also involved new roundabouts at North Road and Browns Road and will provide greater connectivity for local motorists and tourists.
