Road work on the $10.2m I-75 construction project in Ohio in the US has commenced.

The project includes rehabilitation and a revamp of the deck overlay of the DiSalle Bridge on I-75 between South Avenue and Wales Road, which has numerous potholes.

Nearly $4.7m of federal stimulus funds have been used for the project out of a total of $41m in federal funds pledged by the administration to Northwest Ohio for road rehabilitation.

The road project is scheduled to reach completion by mid-2010.
