IJM’s Indian subsidiary IJMII has won a RM327m ($94.29m) contract to build a section of a highway in the Indian state of Maharashtra.

Work involves the four laning of the Solapur Section of the highway from Km40 to Km93.

Construction is expected to be complete in 27 months.

The contract has been awarded by Pune Solapur Expressways, the concessionaire responsible for four laning of the section from Km40 to Km144.
