Swedish technology firm TagMaster will supply a Vehicle Access Control to the Indian capital city of New Delhi, for security purposes during the Commonwealth Games 2010 held in October this year.

The system will control the access of vehicles, including buses, passing in and out of the various event related sites in Delhi, to check their authenticity.

The company will provide its standard long range readers and ID-tags, which offer hands-free vehicle identification.

The value of the order is over SEK5m ($680,000) and the delivery is scheduled for the first half of 2010.
