Resurfacing work on the UK’s A52 eastbound carriageway near Nottingham will begin on 19 April, according to the Department of Transport.

The A52 Dunkirk Flyover carriageway will remain closed each night until work is completed on 23 April.

Traffic on the route will be diverted and delays are to be expected, the UK Highways Agency said.

The Highways Agency is responsible for the management, maintenance and improvement of England’s motorways and trunk roads.
