India-based IVRCL Infrastructure & Projects (IVRCL) has won a road project in Maharashtra, India.

The INR7,500m ($164.8m) project includes four-laning and upgrading works of the Karanji-Wani-Ghuggus-Chandrapur highway to meet the growing mining traffic.

The state government has agreed to provide INR2,310m ($50.9m) towards the project, which has a concession period of 30 years.

The project construction is set to be complete within two years.

The project is being developed by the company’s subsidiary IVRCL Assets & Holdings Ltd, and IVRCL will implement the construction work.
