The focus of this month’s long evaluation process was quality management, system development and implementation, a management system documentation review, vendor and supplier evaluation, project management, pre-audit, initial assessment, and procedures for corrective actions related to non-conformances.
SESA’s primary goal is to be a leading supplier of dynamic message signs and related ITS products (such as customized mobility solutions and solar-powered systems) that fully comply with all contractual provisions and government regulatory specification requirements.
This goal will be accomplished through innovative technology that delivers energy-efficient systems and superior customer responsiveness.
The SES America team will work even harder to maintain its certification and will perform regular internal audits for continuous improvement. Official third-party audits will take place every year.
