Lifeline™: high-reflectivity thermoplastic road marking
Lifeline consists of a special thermoplastic binder system made from renewable resin sources. It is available in various grades dependent on specification requirements, as well as conforming to the latest BS EN1436 and BS EN1871 European specifications.
Additionally, the product is ‘Kitemarked’ to British standards Institute KM NO. 05818.
Lifeline can be extruded, screed or sprayed. Aside from the high-performance Lifeline™ has, it also has excellent durability, good night time visibility, and allows for minimal disruption to traffic on application.
Rainline™: improved wet night-visibility thermoplastic road marking
Rainline is a specialist thermoplastic road marking material that is designed to maximise wet night visibility. This unique thermoplastic is applied by extrusion or screed techniques and immediately embossed to create a continuous pattern of inverted profiles on the road surface, as edge, lane line or centre line carriage markings. Even with the heaviest of traffic, the ribs created by the inverted profiling retain their shape and durability.
By using Rainline, the marking prevents water from accumulating on the surface of the line or adjacent to it, eliminating a possible cause of aqua planing and icy roads. Rainline is also designed to stay visible under sodium lighting when other markings disappear. Rainline is environmentally friendly and contains no solvents.
Crystalex™: overall high-performance, high-reflectivity and high-durability thermoplastic road marking
Crystalex™ is a reflective thermoplastic road marking system created from sustainable and renewable resins. It conforms to the latest standards including BS EN 146 and BSEN 1871 European specifications, ‘Kitemarked’ to British Standards Institute KM No. 05818, BASt Germany, ASQUER France, COPRO Belgium, AETEC Spain, and AASHTO M249 Middle-East. It is a widely recognised high-performing thermoplastic suitable for a variety of climatic conditions.
Crystalex is ideal for use on highways for traffic delineation, advisory markings and mandatory markings, as well as any other areas where night-time reflectivity is critical.
