Helecta has supplied optics for LED retrofit lamps since July 2015.
A significant criticism of LED retrofit bulbs in public lighting is undirected light radiation, which is not adjusted to the light.
LED retrofit lamps should have a wide range of applications (they are suitable for almost all types of light, and as long as the size is similar to the old HQL / NAV-Lighting, they also make use of the existing reflectors), but their highly luminous flux-optimal performance is used for very few light types.
The Helecta has therefore developed optics for retrofit lamps, such as changing light radiation for fungal or bells lights so that light flux is directed lower and reaches the ground.
