Cubic Transportation Systems (CTS), a business unit of Cubic, has launched a new Surface Transport Management solution developed in collaboration with Microsoft.

Cubic is a US-based company which designs, integrates and operates systems, products and services focused in the transportation.

The new solution, developed using the Microsoft Azure cloud platform, features all the multi-modal integration capabilities, which helps transport management agencies in controlling and directing traffic across the city.

The solution was built with an objective to promote safer, more secure and more reliable journeys for travelers.

The company claims that it is the first solution in the market that offers a holistic view across all transportation modes.
