Australian investment manager AMP Capital Investors has bought 100% stake in ITS Technologies & Logistics (ITS ConGlobal) from Carlyle Infrastructure Partners.

Based in the US, ITS ConGlobal is an operator of intermodal railroad and auto terminals, and container yard depots, as well as a provider of intermodal equipment maintenance and repair services.

The acquisition was made on behalf of investors in AMP Capital’s global infrastructure equity platform, including the IFC Global Infrastructure Fund.

J.P. Morgan Securities, ING Capital Markets, and KPMG International Cooperative were the financial advisors, while Weil, Gotshal & Manges was the legal advisor to AMP Capital for the transaction.

NRC Group has announced the acquisition of Fibertech for a consideration of Nkr61.5m ($7.69m).

The acquirer company will pay Nkr33.8m ($4.23m) in cash and the remaining by issuing 0.45 million shares at a face value of Nkr61.5 ($7.69) each. The consideration of NRC Group shares is subject to a lock-in period.

The acquisition is expected to be completed in October this year.

Based in Norway, Fibertech provides cable installation, hauling and floating services.

Aries Charter Transportation has acquired American Sightseeing Tours and O’Hare Wisconsin Limousine Service, both based in the US.

American Sightseeing Tours is a leisure and travel company, while O’Hare Wisconsin Limousine Service, operating under the name Prairie Trailways, is a charter transportation services provider.

Also based in the US, the acquirer company is a ground transportation services provider.
