LED message signs for extreme environments

Telegra creates LED message signs specifically for outdoor environments, no matter how extreme. Our signs provide superior visibility with crisp, easily legible text and maintain the highest level of reliability, while our rugged designs meet the most stringent optical, mechanical and environmental performance requirements.

In addition, all Telegra LED signs include the latest generation of LEDs for independent control, adjustment and reporting on each LED, with high light intensity at the lowest power-consumption rates.

LED variable message signs

These flexible signs have become a key element of effective traffic management because they provide real-time information about bad weather, traffic jams, accidents and other road conditions.

Telegra's LED variable message signs are available in single and multi-color displays and are able to combine pictures and diagrams with any text using TrueType fonts. Their advanced optical properties make it possible for users to display a large number of symbols, while adapting to ever-changing outdoor lighting conditions.

Programmable LED message signs

The most advanced traffic signs available today, Telegra's programmable LED message signs come in both monochromatic and full-color options. They can display colors in 24-bit resolution, with symbols adjusted to the outdoor conditions, and provide a full intensity range that can be adjusted in 1% increments.

Users can store a large number of symbols in non-volatile memory while other symbols can be transmitted to the sign using multiple communication interfaces, and text displays use TrueType fonts. Manufactured to Telegra's stringent requirements, our programmable LED message signs offer the highest structural performance available, the most advanced optical characteristics and the best durability on the market.

Trailer-mounted LED message signs

Telegra has combined smart design and high mobility to create its line of trailer-mounted LED message signs. These provide a portable traffic solution and temporary signage to alert drivers, prevent accidents and - most importantly - save lives.

Available in three sizes, the smaller trailer includes methanol-operated fuel cell units to power the signs continuously for 28 days before refueling. Larger trailers are available with diesel power generators and 300gal fuel storage tanks, which allow the sign to operate for a full month without refueling.

LED speed matrix display signs

In places where speed control is critical, LED speed matrix display systems are effective tools for reducing driver speeds. Featuring radar-activated speed awareness systems, Telegra's LED speed matrix display signs use advanced technology to inform and protect drivers while also gathering critical information. Our displays are available for permanent installation but can also be trailer-mounted to provide temporary speed signs wherever they are needed.

Telegra's LED speed matrix display signs are available in multiple configurations to meet customer needs, such as speed detection, speed limit posting and vehicle counting/classification. Telegra's green options for speed matrix display signs include efficient, non-polluting, methanol-operated fuel cells and solar power.
