Nagels Druck, based in Kempen, is the worldwide leader in producing machine-issued car park tickets and transit tickets of all types. We currently produce car park tickets for over 50 countries worldwide. Our highly flexible equipment allows us to produce car park tickets for any type of system. We also produce tickets for the transport industry such as tram, train, subway or bus tickets, tickets for toll systems, tickets for various barcode systems, entry tickets for cinemas or theatre and rolls for almost any pay and display system you can think of. CAR PARK TICKETS - MANUFACTURING FACILITIESWe operate and run twelve printing machines, which enable us to print up to eight colours in one pass and produce in excess of 500 different types of tickets. The flexibility of our equipment allows us to produce tickets for any type of system, whether fanfold, rolls or single issue. We manufacture 6-8 million tickets per day. Magnetic stripes and hologram tapes are applied to the materials at our own production site, on machines developed by Nagels. We apply all magnetic and hologram tapes, on a variety of materials, to suit the needs of all the different types of equipment. As our manufacturing operation is in-house, we are able to control the quality at all times. PARKING TICKETS FOR TICKET VENDING MACHINESDue to our continuing growth, and in order to maintain our commitment to providing an efficient service to our customers, we found a need to open companies in other countries. In 1995 we opened Pro Ticket in France, and in 1998 Nagels UK in England. All of our employees in both of these companies have worked within the parking industry for many years, providing them with the expertise to help with all ticketing requirements. Pro Ticket is situated between Aix en Provence and Marseille. Nagels UK is situated in the East of England, near Hull. Both sites were chosen, just like Kempen, due to their favourable geographical positions. Further expansion of the company during the next two years will include a new production facility in the US. TRAFFIC TICKET PRODUCTION - QUALITY CONTROLAs Nagels strives to improve manufacturing, service and quality control, we have decided to embark on our next new challenge - this being the ISO: 9001 certificate. As equipment becomes more advanced, we at Nagels wish to follow suit by becoming more efficient in manufacturing, offering a better service and controlling our quality to the highest level. NAGELS - TRANSIT TICKET SOLUTIONSThe company was founded in Krefeld in 1928 under the name of SCHWIEREN. At that time the main emphasis of the business was in offset printing. In 1976 Mr Karl Nagels bought the company - he still works in the business on a daily basis. Today, his two sons Werner and Thomas run the business and his daughter Marie-Louise also works at NAGELS, making this a true family business. In 1988 the company moved to Kempen. This site, with a 2,000m² production area, 1,500m² warehouse and 500m² office space, was chosen due to its favourable geographic position. The company now employs a workforce of approx. 140 people. We have partnerships with many OEMs and are certified by the following suppliers: Designa, Scheidt & Bachmann, Asytec, Amano, Skidata, Dambach, Zeag, Parkeon, Metric, Hectronic, Alfia and are continuing to form relationships with many more. With more than 70 years of experience in the field of printing, we guarantee that your ticket will be of the highest quality, regardless of the system.
